The opportunities of sharing experience

Hi dear friends.
I got a lot of pleasure with this week. The given materials and web tools are also attractive and useful. Unfortunatelly, I couldn't tase all of them because of time and my sickness. The website "Tools for Educators" is amazing. We can find any tool which helped to create additional materials for our lesson. I've created handouts both for students and teachers for my sessions on the theme "Vocabulary store". But I'm very sorry that I couldn't participate in the LiveChat on Friday, March 2, despite looking forward to my participation and meeting Jodi and Jeff.  Do we have any opportunity to continue using our account in ANVILL? If it is so, that's great. I express my gratitude to Jodi and Yuliya always very attentive and supportative.
Sincerely, Makhprat

  2. Hello Makhprat,

Don't worry about the webinar Makhprat. I hope there'll be more experiences in the future. If not, let's request for another session on the webinar so that everyone can get a chance to use the tool.

  3. Dear Makhprat,

I also missed the opportunity of participating in the webinar. But I watched the ANVILL videos on You Tube and came to know about all. Jeff's presentations on the Nicenet are really comprehensive and guiding. As you said, not only on the ANVILL, even through blogs, let's continue to share all these ideas related to ELT.
    Best,
    Vijay

  5. Dear Makhprat,

It's sad that you've had some health problems. I wish you recuperate soonest.

I agree with you that "Tools for Educators" is very nice.

As for our on-line session, I think we can repeat that, since ANVILL is an open and free tool, and there is an invitation to create our own account.

    Cheers,

  6. Dear Makhprat

Though you're sick, you did a lot. You discovered all the materials and sites which are helpful to teachers of Language. Still you've time to explore all these. Good luck for the next session.

  7. HI! Its Ruki! Yes, i agree with you that web tools are rich in content and creativity. The 'Tools for Educators' are good resources to encourage classroom interaction among students. Only now, in the process of following the E course, I'm enthusiastically exploring the diverse web tools that are readily available for teachers. I guess the bottom line is teacher preparation.

Unfortunately, in Sri Lanka, most school lack adequate IT facilities; hence, I'm constrained in the limit i can introduce technology in teaching. Fortunately, a 'one computer classroom'is a reality for me.
